Yes i didnt mention this point, personnally i was finally planning to use shroud, pcrown 7rpl and medi skilled (8rpl) on my smite, there i just hit 25rpl, and i wont always use medi ofc. If the rpl is capped at 20 i d have to use a circle instead of pcrown (circle which is relatively hard to find if u wanna compete with pcrown) or viper instead of shroud (then cu cbf or 15rd/15dmr).

I'm not against banning it. But when does switching become abusing.

if u switch when you dont need to its abusing, make it somekind of rule if u switch u cant switch again for like 10-15 sec unless u really need to cuz he's jumping on you or w/e you get the point

10-15 seconds? that would be complete bullshit.

I would run/switch+shoot arrows/switch+run again/etc/etc many times in a periode of 10-15 seconds. and even if it was a rule, it would be almost impossible to enforce.
