For example, should maulers be allowed to go to 20 in the melee bracket. Should hammerdins be restricted to level 29?
Well thats what we are trying to discuss. Im not trying to throw out an arbitrary number here, im actually going to test the builds in open vs a variety of builds both Op and non OP.
If a sorc at 21 slammed every build in our open testing obviously its too OP and we would claw it back until its competitive and not dominant. As i said before though theres always going to be class advantages so we are just going to test if the minor lvl tweaking would make them more competitive as a whole vs several builds and not "lets make this char as high as it can go until it beats a charger"
i dont know anything about lvl 30 anymore so the hammerdin question is out the window for me.
