in preparation of seb's post, here is what he used on his assa:

Note that he did 1-7224 damage, while using a 2trap amulet, and 2 2assa 3ls, 2sojs and 2trap circ and 10 skillers (i use 3trap amulet and only do 1-6998). i can only think that he did not skill shadow warrior or im missing something obvious...or he skilled his char better (possible+probable!). Seb uses more FRW then me, i have +350 life, which i can convert with frw skillers.

Seb also used Stealth (again -1 skill, lol how does he get to 7xxx damage!! 6ls claw setup?) and in conjunction with the belt that gives him 48fhr. I dont use stealth yet (as i need the 35 all res from viper at the moment) but again, the ladder gear will allow for stealth and all of its juicy mods. Also, his is a Stealth Mage Plate, i was going to think that this was to sync better while using a 2str 17mana sc (to stat to 54 str and the sc allows one to wear claws (-30% required) and armour (gives sync). but no, he stated to 58str for thrangoul (correct me if im wrong here seb). I would have thought you would forget about the 30cold res and settle for mages?

So as it stands, seb does:

1. more damage (how! lol!).
2. has a higher FHR then me at the moment (stealth).
3. has more frw (stealth+sc's vs viper + not as many frw scs'). he has over 40frw more.
5. has 65/105fcr (beats me on both counts) (fcr amu)
4. 350 less life, 100 more mana.
5. had tri res boots and resi around his char to have an all round good resistance.

I do:

1. WoF from claw (sorry but i like wof)
2. more life but less mana less frw less fhr, less fcr (sounds so baddd lol!)
3. shaft (could you use it seb? did you use string?)
4. res for different setups, i can go resist all max and maintain maxblock, but thats with viper (and not with shaft, at the moment).

What I need to be more all round:

1. fcr from ring or amu (have both on ladder waiting for me)
2. more frw, might help vs fireballers, and if lag spikes go, vs barbs.
3. trires boots, or res from other gear to allow for stealth
4. replace some skillers with 7frw

Questions:

1. Did you have a DR setup, shaft+string?
2. you had a maxblock setup?
3. how did you do 7xxx damage, i only get to 6998 and thats with viper and 3trap amy (i presume this was with 2 sojs).

If i missed anything Seb, let me know.

i modified my assa slightly. 88frw now (without BoS), 65/105 fcr, max trap laying speed, 13xx life 6xx mana, resist all 75. the damage on seb's screen i just cant equate though.

Could you write down what you use? Not the exact gear stuff, but I cannot see the pictures here at work and I have the feeling I'm missing something. What does your current trapper look like?

final point: seb used thrang oul while i used frostburns. also, he used a rare belt with +str (leads me to assume he did not use string at all, nevermind a fcr belt.) anyway, lets see what he says. His Circ + Amy give him v.good mana.
