I'm pretty sure 45 attack rating is max on level 18, 60 is level 25 iirc.

you can get 60 ar on lvl 18 jewel, arreat summit is weird it's like 3/4th lvl of what they have in parenthesis

You can get 70 ar on a level 18 jewel.

Cant say that isnt a nice collection as a whole.

Though its obviously you like to play him as a charger (hence the scs I assume), I would still consider swapping some charms. Your mana is just too low in my oppinion. When playing full hammer you will run out in a matter of <1 min when playing agressively, leaving you forced to medi....
