it does, but if u know how to stack ur hammers when sum1 is chasing u, it adds up

besides, its a hybrid. u have the option of usin both hammers and charge

the hammers also make a great finisher

oh and hammers are unblockable and are also not far behind a spear nec's damage (depending on nec's gear)

yepppyepp, and u'll still have 7 skill on charge, so the ar will be okey. and the dmg on pure charger is already too much, the chances of succesfull hits are low...
with enough mana, and good playing style libby is a decent char on this low lvl imo.
