He's already using peace +2 sojs, so the light damage doesn't trigger any additional MDR.

Anyway, the hammer is nice, the build could possibly be improved, but I don't think this is the place to criticize someone's build.

yes, ele dmg only adds onto dtalon dmg if you equip that claw first

edit: are you asking if ele dmg from off-hand claw adds onto dtalon dmg?

the mdr bug will still apply for off-hand. any source of elemental damage will be deducted by mdr
