3. Allow tele staff's all characters?

i´d stick to barbs and maybe necs. and druids ofc.

this certainly would bring extreme ideas up, making us talk about rules soon again.
although tele staff Comes at costs for a char, a hammerdin with tele - namelocks or whatever things (just to name one) could turn the whole discussions around.

Hammerdin tele staff is beyond awful tho....

It's not terribad, helps vs sorc... Only like 800dmg and you lose block + res and everything... Still usable though

It's not someone just only using tele staff noob, you sync + use tele staff. It's effective

Mine used one. It wasn't good but it made for some funny hvs duels

It helps a lot vs sorc's really... That's all I used mine against.

I don't get how. Sorc would just south walk you
