Tour Update.

Today marks the end date for registering for the tournament. Beyond this point players may still register, but they will be put in a pool, and I may, or may not, be in a position to accomadate them. Everyone has had ample time to consider joining, but there comes a point when I have to say, no more, and that time is now.

Players currently in the "pool": Jarel (Trapper).

From this point on there is a 3 week window for everyone to complete all (or as many as possible) of their Gorup duels. Everyone should aim for at least 5 duels per week (if they have not completed 5 already). While I dont mind if some people are dodging, please post in the topic that you are looking for your opponents sothat I can follow whats happening. I am available most weeknights for either tour duels or as a referee (I dont want to have to referee too much if at all possible!).

From this point on players that have not completed alot of their duels can expect a pm from me once a week. A reminder that the top 8 players from each group will advance to a last 16 KO. The group stage ends on the 02 of December (or sooner if possible) ~ if I end it sooner, you have only yourself to blame for not completing all your duels ok! I will always be reasonable however. As the KO stage is direct elimination, I would expect that there is enough time in December for everyone to complete their duels. I must stress that users will be expected to complete all there duels in group and KO stages ASAP.

I currently have 1 pooled player ~ i.e. a player that I might still enter into the tournament. more people can register but as I noted already they are not guaranteed entrance at this point. The Idea for pooled players from this point on would be to replace players that drop out.

Some Firm Reminders:

1. You can change your gear at any time between rounds.
2. If both players died, the person that died first loses the round.
3. Nooverly defensive play. Sorc's are not meant to def hard vs Barbs OK. the same goes in general ~ Don't def hard. If you want to know whats accepted, pm me and i'll arrange a practice dool.
4. FT5’s should as a guideline not last more then 30 minutes, but some do. I don’t mind if you agree to play beyond 30 minutes or if you both agree to a FT3 instead, the guideline is an attempt to prevent overly def play. Just try to find agreement with your opponent and post in the topic.
5. Smiter may use 85 Fire res VS FB.
6. Nec may use 200% Cold Res vs Blizz (150 VS FO) + 2 Ravens OR 275% Cold res (225% VS FO) + 1 Raven.
7. Check your resistance limits before dueling (especially VS Cold). 250 Cold res means 0-250 (including anya). it does not mean 75+250+30. it means 250 MAX.
8. Nec may use 90% Fire Res Vs Sorc OR 85% + 1 absorb
9. Be polite and reasonable at all times. Rage/flame is not acceptable.
