45 life=11 stats

16-11=5str

stats of sanders boots 40frw/100 ar/5str/10 dex

so basicly you giving up 10dex+100ar.

You should take the 20fhr into account as well.
Plus you might be able to strange bug those on several builds (probably not on a barb though).
