if you go back a few pages I told you it was charsi and not many lvl 9s use psn charms they normally go with ed/psn jewels. since life is hard to come by on lvl 9s they aim for 15life/12ar LCs

9max/20eds are like a starter jewel and arnt worth a whole lot. since tours has a decent ar roll it adds some.value but most are looking for much better jewels so his offers arnt bad
