What does that mean?

On West and East certain players prefer the idea of "anything goes" at LLD, i.e. no rules. By now this number of players has fallen away and there are well established rules, on East and Euro anyway, which work for the respective Realm. These rules diverge somewhat from each other, as the core issue is teleport.

East: Teleport allowed on each Class vs Euro: Telestaff's only allowed on Druids
East: WSG allowed on each Class vs Euro: a limited version of WSG allowed on each Class
East: High(er) FRW Limits vs Euro: Lower FRW Limits

You will note how thats all interlinked.

in addition:

East: High(er) Replenish Life Limits vs Euro: Lower Replenish Life Limits

It would be helpful if there was a universal set of rules across all the realms for LLD but that is not likely to happen until we are all together in D2r. We also (EVERYONE) tries not to talk about rules as it invariably causes arguments/flames. this trophy room section is for posting gg items and not for these discussions. No flames intended here everyone, just bringing him up to speed noting he ermmm is close to the person that originally wrote the eu rules.

This is my east circ, he had a couple nice items but nothing that really sparked my interest. Had an ammy I was thinking about but I honestly need +2 offensive skills for my build. (I can make +1 pally or +2 pcomb work but not as effectively)
