VT vs Bowa

I never had to referee this duel before. VT>Bowa, The VT has more Repl and is faster then the bowa. I.e. the VT comes at the bowa. these are usually fast duels. The higher the charge damage, the worse it is for the bowa ofc. Bowa can't come at the VT. not sure if this clarifies. i.e. the VT should not need to run away.
