doesnt that nec helm have enough extra adds that its pretty universal for ranged 18s? like...tossing it on a zon who's stacking light dmg charms...hell even a kicker or thrower who's doing the same...?

either way, vnice helm. gz on it

axe aint bad either, but i dont know how important 20 ias rares are for conc or w/e
