Not armet, but you can do blood craft on casque with 2os/20life/10%deadly strike.. other helms would be high def grim helm with eth / rep / visionary

a casque cannot have a high def, namely 300+

I'm aware, but armets are over lvl 30

If you want high def at lvl 30, you use eth grim helm / grand crown

Or you go with 2os deadly strike casque
