legend need only 20ias for last ww bp & even compair to perfect oath, u loose not a lot dmg & gain some ar & 25%ow which makes the difference in a bvb duel =) , make it better & more stylish than oath

but its my opinion =)

about naga, ofc < oath, but according it can be use on some 39 barb/zealer, i think its top notch for that lvl
