tbh charged bolt is > light at that lvl imo

its much more mana viable and if u tele stomp and hit with all 15+ charge bolts at once it does an ok chunk of dmg

its def not a top teir build. however its better than lite at 18 imo

ive used bj's old cb sorc a few times in tvt and it can sneak up on people.

id say its fairly on par with fire wall or any other non-traditional sorc build at 18

nothing can touch fire ball or ice blast tbh

edit: not to mention i would theorize the average mdr difference on a lvl 18 vs 30 is massive.

15 from string. 9+ from armor of magi or shroud etc.

light sorce blows on 18rs. they will do ok in pub games vs none ris zealler and kicker, but that's about it.
