i do believe the extra adds make up for the 2 ed and dex lol

and i thought you were supposed to use twitch on an 18 bowa for the next frame of GA?

usually yes, but a bp gives more damage and 11 fpa can actually save mana

i'm gonna see how effectively it can be used once I get a 6/xx/6 str

the ar and res aren't to be overlooked too

yeah, 1 frame slower would make sense on saving mana

but are there really that many casters @ 18? havent done 18s in forever, lol
