u not seing a point here, casters at lvl 12 are not viable, only build that might be viable is a thrower, bowa is not a viable build. anyways doesn't really matter, maybe next popular thing would be lvl 8 duels, this way nobody looses and everybody is a winner. which is pretty much what lvl 12 caster braket would be

I mean, ive done tvt duels at level 12 and theyre fun and people take damage, lol.

sure, you could run away and rep up and the duel would never end but that's boring. people stay close and duel and have fun.

Perhaps your memory is failing you but when Turock was active running tourneys we had a healthy collection of 12 duelers. there are more viable builds than you're suggesting by a wide margin. Is it as diverse as the 30 bracket? no. Is it nearly as diverse as the 18 bracket, yes. and chargers and bowas are the bane of both.

perhaps we can make a thread about it and we can leave the TR spam free tho

If that had 9 str instead of 10fcr it would be 1 life off my perf melee ring for the concer. been looking for a similar one for a while. the spare prefix doesn't even bother me, as ar/mana are the only ones i'd need. nn res even rly.
