wouldnt it be simpler to just ban ES on fw sorcs? fireball kills moving targets way faster.
its weird to start putting your hands in people's skillplan.

banning es on firewall has no impact on the 2000+ damage you deal. its not the shield thats the problem, its the damage.
we have had rules @ mld re: Foh for almost a decade. from an outright ban on foh to allowing a watered down version. even at HLD they have "MAX X hard points in Y Skill".
We have always had skills banned which is effectively the same thing.

look if people want to steamroll with their characters in pubs w/e, but its no fun for alot of people and for a fair and balanced tournament (and or community) a minimum set of rules is required, else you are removing classes entirely from the equation.
there are some class matchups that are almost hopeless, we dont need to add more hopelessness.

I already told him to ban mb with the use of any traps whatsoever even lvl 1 lol. Not like they need the help. You can already be A-tier on a trapper without mb even in legacy

per rules it says norm bridge without cube, so cube bo settup banned for barbs? If so what about having a 5bo helm in invo no cube

I'm pretty sure cube is eu lingo for box

I don't think boxing is common in lld like it is with priders in hld, but I'm assuming ferdia just means the ideal map would be bridge + no box

ferdia dont forget to add those rules:
no prebuffing from stash, invent cube allowed.
no eth items allowed if no self-repair (eth bonesnap chargers)

thats for 1v1 duels, in team duels its not as big a problem
trix is right - cube = box
cube bo allowed, stash prebuffing is a nono.
and Werewolf - noted will add on next version.

has anyone tested mdr specifically (and i know this is going to sound wacky) dual elemental damage (say fire, cold) from charms/items when using the skill lightning sentry. I KNOW how it works in D2 ok, this is D2r god knows what they have done.
