What version was that crafted in 1-08/1.09?

The craft base has been kite for as long as i remember but i didnt start crafting a lot until 1.09/1.10 somy guess would be 1.08

What makes you think that? From what I can tell all mods are still viable to craft now.

30/20/2os/10fhr with base 10 icb 10 mana regen and some mana, assuming the rest of the mana is from jewels. Granted it is still a super neat shield.
