That cold amulet speaks for itself, as does the circlet. both are amazing.
That orb is really interesting. Do you wear a rare belt with that Orb ?

occasionally, i do have both SOE and and a Rare Fhr belt.
But that is the decision i have to make on my blizz.
The orb makes it impossible to get high fhr anyway , you have to adjust the playstyle abit.
I use rare boots with 10fhr (13th Frame, rare belt makes it 34 which is 10th. I could go higher, but at cost of other important stats. it works for me as it is and i normally stay with just soe)
In 1n1 the added dmg is very needed though, my Blizz dmg is 1482-1609 and Iceblast is 1300-1345 as i didnt stat CM and Tele.

For more aggressive (102fc stomping)/yet more safety (more mana/fhr) playing, the Spirit/havoc heart Option works better. In tvt for example.
