the closest possible use a psn necro has IMO is a BM lvl 18 melee only dueler with stacked slow, mb, max bone armor, amp, and psn dagger.

some mana (instead of one of the low res) would turn it into a cool libby/hybrid ring

to make poison dagger work properly it has to be done on a lvl 30 and with an assassin, not a necro
