the style of HC is that there is no build/skill restrictions and wanted to keep that style, same reason i allowed the limited use of full rejuvs as those are standard in these duels, and using that to try and keep builds to reflect the builds we normally find in HC.

will there be changes next time? of course, but wanna keep the HC influence as best i can

Hardcore is not dueling m8, it's play a 1hitter(or quick multi hit like zeal) and chug juvs

Ofc the real pvp is on no hardcore , need testing ur caracter vs every build , need more of 1 round for real know the best caracter and ofc need play on multiple rule challenge . When the rulechange that creat a real difference fight .
I bealive for the vlld and lld have fun and more challenge play with different rule challenge are really important.
