the bold above can not be ignored..... I have suggested this in the past when I used to host ladder tours, however the ruleset was generally created for nl tours (where items are top end).
Since everyone is on a level playing field and 95% chars will use peasent, lets allow 12replen sorcs and 22 for every other class. Yes, sorcs could use a lower replen peasent but there is no good in that!
