The rules are simple:

Smite is banned
Healing Auras are banned
Characters must be lvl 9
No dupes
Duels must be toe-to-toe (lvl 9 iceblast is allowed, lvl 12 is not for simplicity, sorry snipa)
KB on items is banned
no pots of any kind
BA cannot be recasted
no items that add slow (clay golem is allowed however)
no use of tokens (to reset stats and or skills)

Duels will be ft 7 by 2
Duels will be in the inner cloister following the lines and swapping sides every duel
Tournament will be double elimination with randomized brackets (via challonge website)

how are we planning to enforce this? just wondering, i am totally for this rule personally because certain ppl rly like to swap builds around on me alot

Lol, the high amount of your ears on the floor would still be the same whether I token or not. It's just me trying different skill setups
