I have a 5 spirit 30/20 head with fire golem and a 2pnb 20fcr 2spear 2 spirit 2 firegolem 2sox wand on europe. They are pretty hard to come by though thats for sure.

you have potential matchups where a rare head is better, but if its mostly for tvt then just get a 3/3 base rhyme demon head and be done with it cuz the matchups where the rare is better it doesnt make a huge difference, those are decided entirely on your skill vs your opponent, but the ones where you need the rhyme cbf....you're super extra fucked without cbf. also, firegolem is a mana waste in all but like 2 situations, vs bow & vs fball, both of which the hole you're in already is so deep its kinda like 'why bother?' the rhyme is totally sufficient all the time, and required some of the time, so start there.

Is cold damage really that prevalent on east? I never bothered with Rhyme on Slam for cbf, just went with deaths for vs blizz sorcs (loss of mdr isnt nice but I prefer keeping the damage). Vs windys I would have used a rhyme if I had one and maybe the odd tvt if there was a weird combination of characters but overall I prefer a rare.

Fire golem has a couple of uses that most people dont bother using. I use blood golem when I just need a body to eat arrows (although even that, although easier on mana than fire golem, Im very selective with at times because of the mana cost).

Nah, the cbf really doesn’t matter except for a couple matchups and even then you’re more than likely gonna die... the reason for rhyme is it’s just one of the best shields at the best price for a nec, finding decent nec shields is hard whereas 3/3 bases are in everyone’s pickit these days.

I remember doing cow runs back in the day to just find plain 3 spear heads to make rhyme... good times.
