i seriously doubt that, i found lvl 25 is 220ish, so 5 more levels its probably 300-400

also found an old thread on a different site claiming 300 dmg

Maybe that was including base dmg

'fires exploding arrows' gets the synergy bonus from fire arrows
hence a level 18 zon with 18 points fire arrows and level 30 exploding arrows via the bow deals 818-951 exploding arrow damage.
any +fire damage from gear like cow kings boots will add both to the explosion (unblockable) and attack itself (blockable), hence capable of being dealt twice per arrow, whereas the ~900 from exploding arrow is only dealt once
the +281% attack rating on the other hand does not work at all and is not applied

yes one of the more odd items, and only able to be found through testing as the level is not listed in the item stats. countless numbers found their way into vendors and people didn't even realize.

having to explain this to classic players that insisted i was actually looking for a no-level requirement Rclaw, and getting lectured on how it would gain a lvl req once converted, was perhaps the most frustrating part of the search.

I hear you there. Sepulba and myself tested enough ravenclaws on eu classic that people were sure might be what we needed. Not to mention JohannCocaine looking for years too...

yup.... ugh. at least you got a pile of them in game. i spent more time Pming someone who might have one through a chain of people who referred me along lol. and each time i had to reexplain it all haha

only ever got onto classic a few times to test out rclaws, and every time they ended up being nothing special.

Hahaha that was my experience with azures. At one point I could tell you who owned every azure on europe pretty much and a good chunk of their history! Not that people were willing to sell. Thankfully I was gifted one last year.

Yes ben had a few chars filled with azures. quite a few expired that way
