With 100%DR equipped you are not immune to the effect of amp. You will only be with 150%DR equipped. I really have no idea how it is hard to understand.

By counteract Amp, it’s meant that Amp has no effect on you, so you take the same damage Amped or not. If you have 100% total DR as Marieusz says (SS, Shaft, fade lvl 35), Amp will bring you down to 0% DR and you’ll be taking twice as much damage compared to someone having 150% DR (SS, Shaft, CoA Ber Ber, SoE, Fade lvl 39), where Amp would still leave you with 50% DR.

I'm still going to say it is a language misunderstanding lol. I don't see anything wrong with my scenarios, I also know that babs statement is correct as well. For both statements to be correct, it is clear that two different ideas are being discussed.. 1. Negating the effects of amp in a given situation (add 100%DR). 2. Making yourself completely immune to amp at all times (having 150% DR equipped). Whatever the OP meant, I don't know. But those are the two pieces of info I have taken out of this discussion.

Typical Marieusz style, afterwards he found out he was wrong and got slammed, hes now trying to imply it was stacking %DR XD

If it was the case, he would have written it differently, like
" you would need 100 additional DR%, or you would 100%DR stack"

the concept : Marieusz is trying to save his face once again
the reality : he's living in a 3rd world villager where being able to count up to 10 makes you an engineer

He’s asking how much DR he needs. You even confused him because he mentionned later that he’d be OK with 100% DR. My answer was quite clear, you need a total of 150% DR.

This is true but not what the guy asked.

The fact he didn’t say ‘I need to stack 100% DR’, somehow tells me he might have not gotten the answer.

I mean language understanding between us haha. I mean, in the scenarios I proposed, there is nothing incorrect..! I was just showing how to NEGATE the effects of being amped (add 100%DR)... and you were showing how to be IMMUNE AT ALL TIMES to amp (have 150% DR on at all times)... Do you see the difference?! These are not the same topics.
