anyway, for lvl 30:
91 Str required for Dragon of Deflection.
121 Strength required for a 6 shaeled naga
140 str /140 Dex required for grim scythe. 98 dex required for a -30 requirements one. 91? dex required for a -35% requirements one and 84 for a -40% requirements one.
max block with a dragon is 93 therefore -35% requirements scythe appears optimal.
I need a total of 4 str/dex to attain max block while wearing maxers, sanders and Naga (121 Str). craft gloves can spawn 2 str 2 dex?
cannot attain max block unless str/dex from gloves/ring/amulet or helmet. shield should be maxers
in order to wear any boots other then sanders I would probably need to use ed str dex in helmet (not in shield since dex requirements on switch for grim scythe) and not in armor since peace should be worn at all times.
As a short term solution use a rare ring permanently with at least 4 str /dex. ideal adds 1xx ar max str max dex life and mana (for wolves).

Are you saying that we don't want items with str stats associated?

ie no str on boots / helm / ammy etc? jalals has +20 str? or is it just boots we don't want with str?

I guess you can live with 30 frw from helmet but ideally you will have all your frw from invent + str bugged boots. it helps desync better. shape druids have a sad time @ 30 and 49 and hld vs so many builds that the only way to make them remotely competitive is by full str bug sothat you joder around like a paladin (i.e. desyncing all over the place). so for MLD for instance you want a rabies druid with aldurs boots (95). that means you stat to 93 and have a 2 str 5 all res in invent. the boots will be your highest requirement item. the problem with this is only vs a light sorc where you will need to put on an extra 5 str for an eth thundergods, but thats OK. vs everything else, 93+2.

you will find that when you dont str bug, if your wearing say 30frw from circ, 30/40 from boots and 20 from mavina, you are just not winning, part (but not the entire) of the reason for this is because the server has you placed where you are and your opponent can clearly see where you are. when instead its str bugged (as much as possible) your opponent won't see where you truly are, allowing you to potentially get a hit in.
