I agree with the rules but a few queries below.

Melee assa must use shield vs java. What about if a player has been making a melee assa over the last 4 years which is 49 and the items are too rare to waste leveling to 59. Does this rule apply for 49 melee asns too? If so it seems a lil unfair. Maybe you can explain?

lvl 54 allowed for throw barbs. What about ww/throw hybrids what lvl are these allowed? Is lvl 54 allowed purely for throw only?

with regards to lld
charge is not allowed. Have you created this rule because you do not like paladins or have you tested this rule? Ive texted it before and I cant remember losing to any pala that doesnt use charge, especially hammerdonk.

Your questions:

Melee assassin (level 49) - you may ignore the rule and use 2 weapons on your level 49 melee assassin.
Throw barb (Level 54) - the leveling to level 54 is for pure throw barbs only.
LLD Charge - Sorry, this rule was suppose to be changed and I missed it - thanks for mentioning it

last one before I enter char types and names
25 replen at mld for barbs. Previous tours this was 30. I know alot of old barbs will have 30 from expensive jewels and rings etc. To rejewel or get new jewelery wouldnt be cheap. Any way this could remain 30?
Not sure if warren ferdi's barb has the same problems? But I know phazz and harabec use to have 30 replen too.

There is no point to put a cap on barbs life replenish @ 49 since they are the slowest characters (i.e. even with 100 replenish life, it would not make an overall difference in the result). every build apart from a melee druid freehits a barb. I cant see other builds arguing about a barbs replenish. However, for reference purposes my warren has no issues with 25 replenish.

I dont want to make a rule discussion out of your topic which is why im not going to try to convince you of the existing lld or mld rules ( i would note however that the existing rules for both brackets (my profile ) are, in the main, fair).

i dont see any resistance limits in this thread.

I don't think barbs need anymore increases/lift on restrictions.
With having FRW (+skill FRW [which is better than item/inv frw I just learned] higher than any other character (exception assassin) the use of higher rep life is negligible in duels and only opens up the opportunity for questionable playstyle.



Duel chum's barb with your bowa - I'd like to know the outcomes.
Do 10+ duels if possible

I agree ama is better then barb.
the only reason I mentioned the replen limit on barbs is because I know I have the same build as some old/top barbs. Im not willing to clean some sockets and im guessing others arent either.

If you really feel barbs have a superior advantage I would prefer to mule some frw charms off than rejewel to get 5 less replen.

barbs are the bottom of the food chain in MLD. Bowa's have all of the advantages, but it is skill based as well ofc. it takes a while to get used to the frw dynamic's @ mld.
