i agree with you re: never attained, but i also agree that prime builds should have a decent chance to win. i would not say that it makes it more aggressive play, i would rephrase to say that players are rewarded for attacks if the replenish life life is lowered. in long duels you could successfuly hit someone 10 times and they will replenish all their life in that time. by reducing the cap, it means that your damage will count towards reducing your opponents life to zero.

i know of several lld players that are not tagged but are for a fact, scammers. Also I am aware of user that are tagged scammers where it has not been properly ascertained that they are scammers.

if someone is making a full red/dr medidin for melee lld, will it be banned ?

to decide who is scammer and whos not is a whole other topic and has very little to do with this.

If the intent of the rule change is to reduce def play, is it not possible that that logic will just increase it? You REALLY REALLY dont want to get.

i don't know how it began.
anyways my intention is balance. i don't want to cap pala's life repl to make him play more offensive, i want to make it fair for other chars to win vs pala.

i agree with your first comment, not inclined to bring it up again as yes, its in effect a seperate issue (of sorts).

your comment is : reducing replenish life will potentially result in worse def play by users. this means that they are compensating due to having less replenish life.

I would say: it would make it easier to spot players that play too defencively, and certainly in tournaments, a referee could intervene, if required.
