I put that statement because east has always been adament about stopping LLD dupes where only a minority of LLDrs on other realms actually care.
euro mld tourny = allows dupes but has a fucking bible full of rules.

Other rare lld items are bound to come eventually.  Circlets seems like the next LLD item they would make.
