I prefer 9 so I'm not just running and feeling like a douche while they can't hit me, does that save you 1 or 2 os in robo? I'm on my iPod so I can't check.

you need 40 ias in a robo just to hit 10 frames on a plaguer....

I personally like 10 frame better vs. some chars and 9 frames better vs. other chars. I have a robo (10 frames) and an upped rogues (9 frames) available to me.

i'm not sure how that pertains to 9 fpa but it saves you 1-2 sockets depending on your gear choice

The difference between 9 and 10 fpa is one shael, or about 50 dmg
Isn't the basic point of a hybrid so that you increase your dps? I can see against a sorc how it could be useful because even with a bow you're still moving more. I'll try it out and see how it works out for me.
What I meant about the douche thing is that you don't attack near as fast so you are running more which makes it even harder for them to hit you. I would rather be a little more tank/block orientated vs all so it's fun for everybody.
