consider the % of dmg lost from using a 6eth mil pick for -75% def

(assuming 3kdef lvl 18 vs ur 2k ar or 3.1k ar with extra 90% from ba)

drop 105% ed conc for slvl2 BA; cost 1/4 dmg from Aura lost; goes from 42%hit to 50% = 75% of normal dmg * 50%hit = 37.5% output
vs
drop 100max dmg with 6eth pick cost ~1/3 dmg, goes from 42% hit to 74%hit = 60% of normal dmg * 74%hit = 44.4%output


6eth pick is 18.4% more effective then switching to SLVL2 ba with same setup
