A bit of a weird jewel --> got very mixed results when P/C early on from 100-1k+ --> have had it up for quite some time now only one offer of 200fg.
Basically just wanna know if thats a fair price to sell it at? I feel like some builds can really use the cold res but maybe its just too niche that the chance of getting a good offer is low. Thoughts?

the ed is low, 200 seems like a good offer. ed/dex jewels are usually for shields, and you dont really wanna stack cr on your shield cause then you may not have it swap side. usually 20/9 type jewels would want mana or dtm
