yes and no imo

its still a 3 spear 10 fcr with good mana and cr, which while im very far from knowing 18s still seems like a very good wand

you can shop a 10fc 3spear bone wand (which can get 2sox) in like 10 minutes

anyway... this is a huge FFUUUU in my eyes as having a rare 1/3/10 over a magic one (shoppable) is a lot of style points
