broadly ~

30frw for boots, else needs something special to be used as a temp (most rare boots can be worn by LLD)
amulets above level 18 need 2 skill tree + FCR/Life/Mana (repl is bonus)
rare belts over 18 compete with fcr crafted belts (10/24) and string of ears (king of belts for lld)
charms we look for perfect life typically.
