It's slightly inferior to both a 60 and 40 ias robo. Bow is still hot and for sure trophy but 2x jewels and 3x shael can make something better.

you cant get 110max if its double shaeled. its similar to the difference between east and euro lld sorc's, we build them differently, it does not have to mean 1 is right and 1 is wrong, is just different taste/style.
As for my opinion on -req, an ideal ashwood bow build will get at max 29 str from 2x circ jewels, 2x rings, and 2 str from sc. There's no where else to fit str in unless you want to give up 3x dmg mods on jewels or give up a circ/ammy suffix. Could also just not glitch boots or you can stat the 14 more str needed for mesh boots.
None of those options are ideal, and all lead to less dmg/life. It's best to -req ashwood imo.
Also, 60 ias is superior race xD
Passives, res, ias, rep, +mana/stat/hfd gloves + soe > 1x bow jewel and 15 allres, cbf, 75 plr. I'm curious as to why u prefer death's tho
