A question in relation to cold resistance and absorb was asked. A user wanted to use snowclash unique belt. (15% absorb + 15 max resistance).

Discussed briefly with Harabec ( my previous rules merely stated 1 raven, new rules state 1 item Absorb).

+ max res is not an issue since no char has 75% res and the 15absorb don't compare to the 20% of raven. i.e. snowclash is allowed instead of raven. a reminder to all : be sure to not overstack please vs blizz. the cold resistance limits are there for a reason.
