you could get a little use out of the belt as a temp but most llds will use either fcr belt, something from a set or string. If it had a little more going for it some niche stuff would.

Gloves would need ias as a minimum with some decent ads but unfortunately i think they are for the scrapper.

About 50fg imo

It would be worth thousands if it had 1 more Ed, 3 more attack rating, and dur was defense instead.
