I dont think i've seen any lvl 9 market in hc.

there is a small handful of players who expressed interest on my HCL thread or via pm, but as you would expect HC players dont expect to pay much for vlld stuff since its ultimately HC.

It dont killed it lvl 12 and lvl 14 is a thing. I play lvl 12 and 14 PvP ... stop it pls. you still can use this lvl 12 Blade talons for lvl 18 wtf
