i havent played on a barb for years but isnt ww speed dictated solely by weapon ias and has nothing to do with frw.

i know frw is important to catching up to an opponent prior to using ww but iirc it has nothing to do with the skills ability to generate more or less hits.

Godly charms / Helm on the Barb imo. GG Robo too. The ammy is alright.

I wasn't impressed by the rings at all though.

FRW is nice but unnecessary for bvb. It can help you gain position on your opponent if he has less frw but other than that, I'd say null and void for bvb.

You still attack at the same speed, but you can often get less hit checks per whirlwind since you pass the opponent more quickly during your whirlwind.

Despite this more FRW is always a good thing on an LLD BvA.

For BvC, get as much as possible FRW on barb.

Even for BvB, I find that a moderate amount of FRW is useful. With absolutely no FRW at all your each ww distance will be very short so your ww often stop before your expected destination, making yourself a sitting duck for opponent's still ongoing ww. Also, if you have none or very low FRW in BvB, your opponent can safely throw at you. That means, you will be an easy target if you run, you will never catch up if you walk, if you name lock ww with low frw, the opponent can easily run in a straight line and throw back without risking being hit by your slow moving ww.
