Usable for lvl 18 or needs 2 os? I know stag bow can do more dmg.. but ias + amp rare bow is so stylish... haha

This is charsi. Main problem here is that it’s the wrong base. You can’t reach 7FPA with claws. Blade talons are the preferred base. So realistically, a 3os superior blade talons would be better giving you faster attack frames and more dmg with an additional socket available.

If this had amp and ias, then it could be potentially be used.
