1. LLD is all about 9,18,30 (mld is 49 but we group it into lld just because ok). 49 is pretty inactive right now, ppl are making but it takes a long time since u are competing with hld players for items and charms (super expensive). lld 9-30 is very active and everyone is trying to get good items
2. a plain 2 trap 30frw level 30 is better then the item you posted noting yours is missing 20frw. to get 20 frw you would need 5 charms (and we life frw) which more then makes up for the addional mods your circlet has. its the 16 all res that makes ur item level 31. it if was 15 all res it would have been level 30, but still the 10frw would have cripped it. in the round however we want 2trap/20fcr/30frw, so a 2trap/30frw is considered "plain". they might have been selling for 100 in weeks 1-3 of d2r, but by now they sell for next to nothing (less then 50fg). As yours is level 31, its a mld circlet. for MLD ppl are spending 900 per skiller sometimes and 1000+ per small charm. the least they will use for a circlet is 2 trap 20fcr 30frw.
