Ele dmg triggers mdr bug vs chars that use soe+viper. I couldn't tell you the math...but mdr bug reduces the physical dmg dealt. The bug is worse the less ele dmg there is hence a chat that's using 2x sojs will see a smaller penalty then a char with no othe source of ele dmg.

the damage reduce is actualy quite large. soe + viper have 28 mdr together.

28 x 6 (pvp penalty) = 168 damage.

The jewel has an avarage damage of ~6 lightning damage. So the avarage reduce is 162 screen damage. If your does ~1k avarage damage, thats a reduce of 16%. Most baba's have an avarage hit of much lower than 1k...

Also it gets triggered by every element. (fire, lightning, cold)
