If this was the case, maxed ed/ar pala shields would be bugged too, which they def are not.

Raven loom is pretty impressive.

On screen it shows less max dmg while the rare is equiped.

i would say pala shields are bugged too if not properly socked

the circlet already had damage on it so its unaffected by the jewels unless the jewels had max/min, too (but its two 15ias/30ed)

True, which was why i wrote "maxed" as in pure max dmg jewels. But the point was ofc what MikTeX posted after, that with the max/min already on the item, a pure ed or a pure max/min jwl wont bug it.
