It was definitely not allowed back in the 2006 era when I used to LLD before my recent return last month. Chance to cast items only.

I rather enjoy it being gm now though.

that's true for sure. no rule set was ever made for TvT. we didn't really turn into a tvt realm until recently. it is indeed a waste for ones.

now adays everyone's building light res stack into main builds because they'res so many v/ts and stating support skills. 2019 wild
