well, i don't like slow zons so 10 fpa is out of the question for me. i would only consider using that bow if it was 1x shaeled (for 9 fpa w/ deaths). if you were to build around the 41 str req, then you probably wouldn't ever be able to switch to another bow.. imo, the bow is an fffffffffffffuuuuuuuuu (still usable) because it missed out on ias and the ed isn't high enough to make up for it.

to answer your question, 1x shael and 1x 20/15 jewel (bow's not good enough for 24's).
