no idea, never made an 18 and haven't pvp'd yet on d2r

attacker-takes-dmg now happens when people swing their weaps instead of when people dmg you.
so essentially, if you are a melee that doesnt have high amounts of dr from sig set, you just kill yourself by punching sig set users

i need to make a 45 for circs but on my first 10 mil on my 75 gf barb I only came out with a 2 cold 78 life magic circ

its 42 for circlets, scroll back and ppl will explain the math on this. i just do what i am told. xD

so with a 45, you will get even more broken confusion charges (lvl 48 bich) and shitty circs

now I keep my money for hld amulets, or chain boots as someone else suggested
