imo its a funny switch for some kind of caster chars...
when ur dueling a melee char with ur caster , ur opponent can easily cut ur replish life by psn dmg / open wounds.  with this little tricky weapon u could hit that bastard charger  easy (becuz of the gowdly ammount of ar) , and also u could put a swordback hold next to it.
whats ur opinion / idea ? can this be used for anything? or am i just this fool to think about craps like these ?

ye i know, but with this ar boost u can hit ur opponent easily = ow can be carried with the attack from the sb.
